SF-DGL-II Digital Flexo Plates

Enhanced UV Ink Compatibility
SF-DGL-II is a hard durometer digital sheet photopolymer designed for high end printing, which delivers higher quality print and increased productivity. SF-DGL-II has fine resolution, perfect imaging capability and will work with all kinds of operation software on the market. Ink transfer is enhanced, delivering extremely smooth solids and crisp, clean running process.

Key Features
p-d-2.png
Holds the finest detail without the need to back mask
p-d-3.png
Quick wash out
p-d-4.png
Requires minimum impression settings, giving good balance between solids and screens
Advantage

Superior printing quality with sharper images, more open intermediate depths, finer highlight dots and less dot gain, i.e. larger range of tonal values therefore improved contrast and produce flat top dots when adequate process equipment are used

Long run life, durability, and stability during printing, especially under high press speed conditions

Developed for water-based inks, also better suitability for a broad range of UV and solvent based inks compared with SFDGL

Excellent ink transfer provides high ink density and homogenous, smooth solids, especially on paper substrates

For printing on liquid / aseptic packaging (beverage packaging) and corrugated preprint, also for labels, tags, flexible packaging, films and so on
